This is a tailored service for young people from 14 years and over. This offers a range of inputs including practical and emotional supports.
Practical supports include:
- CV construction
- Completing job applications
- Completing college applications
- One to one job searches
- Accompanying young people to the job centre, interviews etc
Emotional supports include:
- Increasing communication skills – telephone, speaking, writing
- Developing interviews skills
- Building self-esteem and self confidence
Over the past 2 years we have managed to support over 70 young people into employment or training/further education opportunities. We aim to build on this success in the coming years.
